Photography & Recording

Kay Kraft Club may take photographs or video recordings during classes, workshops, programs, or events. These may include participants, completed craft projects, works in progress, class activities, and the overall event environment.

Participation in photography or video recording is optional and is not required to participate in a Kay Kraft Club activity.

How Photos & Videos May Be Used

If permission is granted, photographs or video recordings may be used by Kay Kraft Club for purposes including:

• Kay Kraft Club's website

• Kay Kraft Club social media accounts

• Digital or printed promotional materials

• Advertising and marketing

• Class or event recaps

• Other Kay Kraft Club business-related promotional purposes

Photos or recordings will not be sold by Kay Kraft Club to third parties for their independent use.

Minor Participants

For participants under 18, Photo & Media Consent must be provided by the participant's parent or legal guardian.

By selecting YES during booking, the parent or legal guardian gives Kay Kraft Club permission to photograph or record the minor participant and use those photographs or recordings as described in this consent.

If You Do Not Consent

Selecting NO will not affect your or your child's ability to participate in a Kay Kraft Club class, workshop, program, or event.

Kay Kraft Club will make reasonable efforts to avoid photographing or recording identifiable participants who have not provided consent.

Participants who do not have Photo & Media Consent may be provided with a discreet visual identifier at check-in to help Kay Kraft Club recognize and respect their preference during the activity.

Group & Background Images

Because Kay Kraft Club activities may take place in shared class environments, a participant who has not provided consent could unintentionally appear in the background of a photograph or recording.

Kay Kraft Club will make reasonable efforts to avoid using images or recordings in which a non-consenting participant is identifiable.

Consent & Permission

After reviewing this Photo & Media Consent, you will be asked during booking to select either YES or NO.

By selecting YES, you give Kay Kraft Club LLC permission to photograph and/or record you or the minor participant for whom you are the parent or legal guardian and to use those photographs or recordings for the purposes described above.

By selecting NO, you do not give Kay Kraft Club permission to photograph or record you or the minor participant for promotional use.

Your Photo & Media Consent selection applies to the participant associated with that booking.
